For those of you whose children attend Jordan School District, there is an important informational meeting tonight at Willow Springs Elementary at 7:00 pm.
The Education Transition Team is hosting these meetings for each feeder school system as a chance to hear what is happening and to ask questions about the new district. The previous meetings have been quite informative and I encourage you all to make one of the following:
May 1: Willow Springs Elementary, 13288 S. Lone Rock Drive, Draper
(Alta feeder schools)
May 7: Brighton High School cafeteria, 2220 E. Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights (Brighton feeder schools)
May 15: Midvale Middle School, 7852 S. Pioneer Street, Midvale
(Hillcrest feeder schools)
The Mayor of each respective area should be present at each meeting. The information is the same at each meeting, so if you can't get to your feeder school meeting, attend another night.

There is a Meet the Candidate Night for the East School Board Candidates, Wed., May 28th, 6:30-8:30 at Jordan School District (9361 S. 300 E. ). Be sure to vote on June 24th.
