CERT Training Courses (Sponsored by Unified Fire Authority, Salt Lake County) Cost $30.00 (due the first night of class, make checks payable to Unified Fire Authority or UFA), includes course manual, medical assistance kit, hard hat, mask, safety vest Bring your own leather gloves, goggles or safety glasses, and wear sturdy shoes/boots to the first class.

Please visit www.unifiedfire.org to register. Click on the CERT “button” from the main page and follow the CERT information page to the class registration link. Classes will accommodate 40 students. As a reminder, our class policies require the following:

 Pre-registration

 Minimum of 20 students for each class.

 Students between the ages of 14-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (Ratios of 5 students to 1 Group Leader are permissible for Scout or other youth groups).
