Minutes-OA Dues Are Reduced

I just attended the OA meeting and wanted to share some important information with you.

The financial report indicates that the OA is in good financial standing. The OA staff is working diligently to collect on past due assessments.

Some good news, you will be receiving your new payment books soon and will see a slight decrease in the monthly assessment. For homeowners, the monthly fee will be $98 per month; for lot owners, the 25% rate will be $24.50.

The 2009 Master Association Budget was approved by the OA board. On Wednesday, January 21, 2009 there will be a Town Hall meeting to discuss the 2009 budget. This meeting will be held at 6 pm at the Draper City Hall Council Chambers.

Several agenda items were tabled awaiting review by the legal department at Zion's Bank.

The Food Drive was a great success and a big Thank You goes out to all the SunCrest residents who contributed. The food collected was taken to a Jiffy Lube drop off, where Jiffy Lube matched the donated food. The Utah Food Bank benefited from everyone's efforts.

The next OA meeting date and time is to be determined.
