I have seen several cars parked on the side of the roads in SunCrest, which is very dangerous when it snows, especially on Mondays with the garbage can obstacle course already causing problems. Here are the CC&R's and City Ordinances that clarify when you can and can't park on the street:
Sun Crest CC&R’s
-Parking: 4.2.23 It is the intent of the Declarant to restrict on-street parking as much as possible. Vehicles of all Owners and Residents, and of their employees, guests and invitees, are to be kept in garages and residential driveways of the Owner and other designated parking areas wherever and whenever such facilities are sufficient to accommodate the number of vehicles at a Lot or Parcel. Provided, however, this Section 4.2.23 shall not be construed to permit the parking in the above described areas of any vehicle whose parking on Sun Crest is otherwise prohibited or the parking of any inoperable vehicle. Recreational vehicles shall be parked in covered garages except for limited periods in Residential driveways or other designated parking areas as determined by the Board and promulgated as part of the Sun Crest Rules. Fines for this violation are $50 per day

Chapter 14-5 Stopping, Standing, and Parking
Section 14-5-010: Winter Parking-No person shall park a vehicle on any street within the jurisdiction of Draper City during the period from Nov. 15-Apr. 15, between the hours of 1AM & 6AM by permit provided in Section 14-5-020
Section 14-5-040: Storing Vehicle on Street. Except as otherwise provided herein, no person shall park a vehicle or other conveyance upon any highway within the jurisdiction of Draper City for more than a continuous twenty-four (24) hour period.
