Welcome: Paul Tonks

Cell Tower Presentation: Verizon Wireless (see previous post for site map plan and photos)

Comcast Update-Barbara Blackmer:It is looking like the contract will be assigned to the OA. This is good news.

Voting Delegates: Ballots were mailed May 20th and need to be returned by May 25th, via e-mail is acceptable, to Tod Bean tbean@ccmcnet.com .

SunCrest Market: It's looking like there's a potential for the SunCrest Market to open again, under new management. Stay tuned for further updates-this is all the information we have at this time.

As always, thanks for the updates! One question about the cell tower: do any of those locations benefit Eagle Crest residents? What kind of range do the towers have? Also, what are the chances of getting a multi-carrier tower? Are other carriers interested? Thanks again for your updates and all the work you guys put into making this a cohesive community!
