This post is to notify you of the new traffic pattern at the bus stop/ Information Center, due to the road closure and construction on Traverse Ridge Road.
Effective tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept. 2nd Traverse Ridge Road will be closed to entering traffic. Parents need to enter the bus stop via Deer Ridge Road to drop children off and pick them up. Due to limited access and because this entrance/exit is very narrow, if you can, please park your car along Deer Ridge Road and walk up to the bus stop using the sidewalk next to the Village Green. If you need to enter, please make note of the new traffic loop marked by the arrows on the map attached below. For the safety of the children and the limited access, please follow the directions provided. We will have volunteers to also help with safety. If you need to park your car near the bus stop, please park up by the community center and not next to the fire station to allow that entrance/exit to be less congested.
By request of Draper City engineering, please emphasize that students/children should NOT be walking on or near Traverse Ridge Road until ALL the work is completed.
This will be the traffic pattern until construction on Traverse Ridge Road is completed, which is projected for Saturday, Sept. 20th.
