According to Dr. Higgins at Ridgeline Elementary, Alpine School District has confirmed a new school in Traverse Mountain in Lehi, to be operational Fall of 2010. 43% of the current student population at Ridgeline comes from TM, so not only will they have a new school, but Ridgeline will not be as crowded, and could go back to a regular schedule instead of a split schedule.
This is good news for those whose kids attend Ridgeline Elementary!

Unfortunately Dr. Higgins told me that it is almost impossible to go back from split schedule and he does not see that as a possibility.
